I have just finished installing my slim smart lock! It initially took me 3 hours last weekend only to find out the included spindle was too short and my current one is too long.Contacted them thru Whatsapp and they promised to ship me one of the correct size.In the meantime, I ordered a spindle from Amazon as I couldn't wait with Royal Mail having strikes almost everyday!I have to say my experience installing it has not been easy and straight forward. I don't think my door is compatible with it being old and I've had to McGyver it to fit and install it.It's working fine for now but I will eventually upgrade my door lock mechanism so it's fully compatible or upgrade my door entirely.I am happy with the smart lock and definitely recommend it to everyone thinking about it but just make sure your door lock is fully compatible.
