Outstanding service and top-notch product. Installing the lock is straightforward, though it can be a bit tricky (small fingers and tiny screws). Anyone with basic DIY skills should manage just fine. I needed to widen a couple of holes in my door, but it wasn't a problem at all. I downloaded the app, and now everyone in the family has their own passcode and scanned fingerprints. The best part is that our door now locks automatically when it closes, whereas before we had to remember to lock it each time. With the rise in reports of suspicious individuals checking front doors in the neighborhood, it provides peace of mind for the entire family... and it looks great too.

Great Smart Lock but Challenging Installation

After researching, I was relieved that I could successfully install the slimline lock myself (despite lacking DIY experience). It’s fantastic to have a lock that doesn’t require keys (fingerprint sensor, PIN codes, etc.) and auto-locks behind me. However, I relied on a third-party tutorial since installation wasn’t straightforward, and removing the multi-point locking system to accommodate the power cable was more than I anticipated. I recommend clearer markings for the external handle position, more adjustable power cable length, and a more prominent QR code for the instruction manual.
