Half of my order was fine, and shipping speed was great (I did pay for faster shipping though.)My problem is that the butane lighter I bought worked once.The customer service related to this could not be worse and this is my 1st order with them.I'm lucky if I get 1 email response per day and here's how they go."the lighters we have don't come with butane" WELL,THIS ONE IS FULL & WORKED ONCE. Then nothing for 2 days, and this: "Hellothere rules for USPS or UPS or Fedex. we just can't shipp flammable or explodesable item thru regular mail.just refill the lighter, it will work.Thank you" And another one, clearly written by someone with more brain cells, asking me to check for leaks and send a pic. I responded, of course, but I'm sure I won't get a response until at 24 hrs from now sooo....sorry SGP.com...I'm definitely not ordering from you guys again. This is ridiculous.
