This was my first time placing an order with the seller. I selected five different items, and their website was quite user-friendly. They offer a good variety and reasonable prices. I found the ordering process to be straightforward. They kept me well informed throughout, providing updates on the status, tracking information, and notifying me when my order arrived in my mailbox. Most items arrived in a timely manner. What truly impressed me and made this company stand out was their response when one item was broken and another was missing. I contacted the support team, and they quickly replied, sending replacements for both the damaged and missing items. Mistakes can happen, but they apologized and resolved the issue, which is what really matters. They understand how to treat their customers well, and I would highly recommend them.
Hands down best online glass shop. Ive been ordering from sgp for a year now and everytime I get quick delivery, very well packaged. Extremely well actually. And if there's any issues the customer service is phenomenal. The prices are great and I love browsing finding new unique things.
The ease of shopping and navigating the site is ultimately the goal of all parties. That said, satisfaction achieved. There's a rather modest selection of various methods and uses for any consumer to choose from. Cleaning products to conversation pieces, I'd say that nearly every base is covered. My order was recieved, picked, and shipped same day, again, satisfaction achieved. The prices are fairly low considering the ease and discreet avenue of online shopping, so that's a huge plus. I'd say today is hands down a big win for team Good-to-Go and I'll be shopping here again, guaranteed!
SGP is the is the best online glass store. They have the best prices and shipping was great. Not one broken item all 10 where in perfect condition. If you have a need for glass pipe you should definitely give them a chance you won’t regret it. Keep it up SGP I’ll never order anywhere else
