I have been chasing this company for almost 1 year. They installed a boiler for us which became faulty within weeks. I have tried calling emailing they have stopped all forms of communication. And most likely blocked my number. I spoke to a guy named Saf that kept promising me appointments and cancelling. His car broke down, his ill, he cant make it ect.. then i called the office spoke to a guy named Stuart he said I will get a call back then nothing. Goes striaght to voicemail. They kept promising appointments and then cancelling cancelled numerous times with pathetic excuses. STAY AWAY at all cost. There is no proffesionalism what so ever. I dont know if their working from their back shed. Cowboy workers including admin team. Their incompetent and untrustworthy. They told us we will get a 10year warrenty when we called up valliant we was told the company only submitted basic 5 year cover. If I could give this company 0 stars I would!!! How can you leave someone with a boiler that is not safe. Gas safe have already checked this issue and also ticked it off as unsafe. I will be taking matters forward. DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY once they have your money there nowhere to be seen. I wouldn't be suprised if they wrote the 5* reviews themself! Working with this company has been a nightmare!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!Whoever is having issues with tsimple green energy please report them to gas safe.
