I had loft insulation installed under a specific scheme, and while it was done well, the installation of ventilation extractors next to the existing ones was confusing. The mess was overwhelming, and after 6 weeks, I'm still waiting for my new boiler, with no response from the company. Given my health situation, I worry about whether I will receive the boiler in time.
