This is my second experience with the service, having previously purchased a washing machine. I got a fridge freezer at a lower price than anywhere else. Communication was excellent; I received updates via text throughout, making things easy. The delivery team was great—they called before arrival, set up the fridge freezer in my utility room, unpacked it, and took away the old appliance without any fuss. The fridge freezer is performing well so far. Overall, a very smooth experience, and I would highly recommend this service.
