I received prompt delivery of a new TV at a competitive price. Customer support addressed an issue quickly as well. However, I didn't rate it 5 stars because customers should be aware that while prices are great, there may be hidden costs. The seller isn't an approved supplier for warranty extensions, and my registration attempt was denied, which is something to consider.
Everything started well. I received my new washing machine a little over four months ago and was satisfied until recently when it began showing error codes and stopped working. I tried contacting the service by phone, but only reached an answering service, so I had to resort to email, which has been frustrating. I am now on the fifth day without a washing machine, with no resolution in sight. Proceed with caution.

Communication was excellent; I received updates via text throughout, making things easy. The delivery team was great—they called before arrival, set up the fridge freezer in my utility room, unpacked it, and took away the old appliance without any fuss. The fridge freezer is performing well so far. Overall, a very smooth experience, and I would highly recommend this service.
