I never received a full confirmation. I haven't received my food 45 after I requested it be delivered which was 40 min after I placed the order.. I've been on hold with them 15 minutes before someone answered. I started as caller #2 on hold. 3 times it said I was first in line only to drop me to 2nd again. Someone finally answered, took my order #, said they'd check on it, then hung up. This service is a cruel joke.
