I've been very badly let down - they've put an urgent time-sensitive order (prepaid) on hold. Multiple phone calls to determine the reason for this have elicited no information - except for one that appears to think I'm chasing a prescription for a drug Ive never heard of let alone been prescribed, for a condition I don't have.
I have always thought of pharmacies as being very exact, careful and reliable - but there seems to be no effective way to communicate. They DO know I'm distressed and at my wits' end, though

After numerous phone calls and email messages over several increasingly frantic days I still have no idea at all what further information is required, or how to make myself understood. I think l've been mixed up with somebody else, which is skyrocketing my anxiety levels
