Very polite pharmacist. Took time to call me, and discuss my medication, explain the break I had in the monjario injection. Had to go back to 2.5mgs, not as effective. However I understood. For my benefit. The only thing I will say is I used a voucher for previous order, and asked that be applied to the present one which was agreed. It has not, so i have to now chase this up.

I've been very badly let down - they've put an urgent time-sensitive order (prepaid) on hold. Multiple phone calls to determine the reason for this have elicited no information - except for one that appears to think I'm chasing a prescription for a drug Ive never heard of let alone been prescribed, for a condition I don't have.
I have always thought of pharmacies as being very exact, careful and reliable - but there seems to be no effective way to communicate. They DO know I'm distressed and at my wits' end, though

After numerous phone calls and email messages over several increasingly frantic days I still have no idea at all what further information is required, or how to make myself understood. I think l've been mixed up with somebody else, which is skyrocketing my anxiety levels
I was impressed with the everything, it was all done without any fuss and I was impressed with the actual question and that you asked for me it was pushy it was great that I had to do the the pictures so you could see me as a person ,here's hoping that it works

The delivery and dispatch process is quite poor at the moment. I placed my order two days ago, and I'm still seeing "awaiting pharmacy check."
