I have been using Simple online pharmacy for my weight loss pens and have never had an issue with ,the pens used to be delivered by courier now they are delivered by post .Last month s box was so squashed and damaged I had to sellotape it together the same thing has happened this month as they charge £4.99 delivery I felt this was unacceptable .On reaching out to OLP some emails back and forth I was told the pen can be stored in fridge without box yes this is probably true but I thought that it was always advisable to store all prescribed medication in original packaging with full instructions and your name on the medication .They also said the ice in the package produces condensation and on VERY RARE occasion may cause damage to box .Well OLP VERY RARE occasion has happened in my last two deliveries .I am ver disapointed in their response to my concerns the price of this medication it should come with free delivery 🙁🙁🙁
