It's ok, it does the basics. When you ask them for simple things like a face sheet, which every EMR has as a landing page (to put allergies, med trials, PMHx, Social Hx) you get responses like this: "I do want to reiterate that I’ve collaborated with all internal SimplePractice stakeholders, including management from the relevant internal teams, about your request and they came to the determination already shared with you. This is our final position at this time."So they care more about their stakeholders than the clinicians, unfortunately.It's also a common complaint that their notes collapse, making them very hard to read after the fact. They lose spaces in between your sections. This should be an easy fix, but they don't listen to us, again stakeholders > clinicians.
