Technical support cannot do their job. The software is very buggy and when you report a problem they say they have it in the queue and will let you know when it is fixed. Then they mark the problem or request as "solved". So many things go wrong and so many things are unresolved. I feel sorry for the people who field the complaints knowing they will never provide satisfaction.
