Our business is trying to merge our existing operating system with simple practice. It has been extremely complicated! Countless emails with simple practice between the owner and employees while trying to run the day to day business tasks has been incredibly frustrating. What was promised to be simple has not only cost way too much money, but also time that we don't have to spend. We started this process in March and now it's the end of June and simple practice is still not up and running. Customer service is unacceptable, it is very hard to reach anyone and we go round and round trying to get a solution for each and every issue. We have many families who come in to our business for appointments and we were told that you cannot have duplicate phone numbers in simple practice. Our client families often share one phone number for each individual. I do not recommend simple practice, it is definitely NOT simple!
