As a disabled pensioner with health challenges, I was left without a functioning landline for two weeks. My mobile service is unreliable indoors, forcing me to go outside in the cold for a signal. I expressed the urgency of having a reliable landline, especially since my elderly mother may need to reach me in emergencies. Despite numerous emails, the company did not prioritize my situation and failed to provide timely replacement routers. Their communication was poor, and my complaint felt dismissed. I am now awaiting a resolution from the regulator, as their offered reimbursement is inadequate. After sending over 70 emails, their customer service has been unsatisfactory, and this should be known.
