The service was acceptable until an outage occurred, which was blamed on external factors. Regardless of the cause, the company failed in both resolution and communication. As a disabled pensioner with health challenges, I was left without a functioning landline for two weeks. My mobile service is unreliable indoors, forcing me to go outside in the cold for a signal. I expressed the urgency of having a reliable landline, especially since my elderly mother may need to reach me in emergencies. Despite numerous emails, the company did not prioritize my situation and failed to provide timely replacement routers. Their communication was poor, and my complaint felt dismissed. I am now awaiting a resolution from the regulator, as their offered reimbursement is inadequate. After sending over 70 emails, their customer service has been unsatisfactory, and this should be known.
I transitioned my parents' service, and everything went according to plan. However, I still don’t have the voicemail service included after multiple emails and phone calls. I’m feeling a bit let down at this point. I tested the phone today and still can’t leave a message.
The service was very poor, leaving a 90-year-old unable to make calls after switching from a copper landline to a digital service. The phone never connected, and after receiving a new router, incoming calls were also cut off. They continue to charge for a service that isn't functional. This has caused significant stress and isolation. I attempted to reach out regarding the new system but received no response, despite being told I would be contacted.
What I anticipated would be a complicated job turned out to go very smoothly, even in a remote area with unreliable mobile coverage. A troublesome copper wire of nearly a mile has been removed, and my monthly bill has decreased significantly.
I needed to update my elderly mother’s phone connection from old copper wires. The team provided excellent advice, called back as promised with a quick quote, and the system was delivered the next day. They offered great support when a minor issue arose during installation. Overall, a top-notch experience!
The company has been proactive about the copper line switch-off. My elderly mother, who has only used a landline, needed assistance with the transition. I had been hesitant but realized the deadline was approaching. The process was easy to navigate, and the team was always available to help with any questions. The router arrived promptly and was simple to set up. Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and reliable service.
After switching from my previous provider, I found the company to be very supportive and understanding, especially since I've had a stroke and sometimes require a bit more patience. Everyone I've spoken to has shown great kindness. Well done!
