Our experience with Simple Texting has been rather complicated. Our Account Executive helped us with our account setup within an emergency services industry, approving our communication plans.
After many months of use, we were informed that we needed to make changes to be compliant.
We immediately began working with Simple Texting to make necessary changes, but abruptly and without notice they shut off all outbound client communications, which has devastated our customers.
after countless attempts to communicate with our account rep by phone, voicemails, emails, and (ironically) text, we receive no response.
We have spent countless hours with support attempting to resolve this issue, but they are entirely unwilling to help provide a solution in a reasonable timeframe. The company will not take ownership of their poor advice and set up, and now we are scrambling in attempts to provide a solution for our customers. After repeated requests, the company is unwilling to escalate our issue to a manager, and the experience has been extremely frustrating.
For a service that cost us over $10,000 a year, you would expect a reasonable amount of service, especially where their own company set us up for failure in the beginning.
The whole situation is unfortunate, and has left a terrible taste in our mouth for Simple Texting.
