Really bad customer service. They provide zero help on how to optimize and improve campaigns, how to be compliant with the SMS regulations, etc. They cut our service due to high opt out rates, never gave us a warning that we needed to have a lower number. And once they suspended their service we still had more than 1.5K in credits that we already paid. They denied a refund. And barely responded any of my emails or texts. Do not recommend at all. There are many other better companies.
