There was an error somewhere between the order details, and the shipping team, and only received half of my order. I called simpletire customer service. They were kind, professional, informative and treated me as if I was their priority. Within less than 24 hours, they had the rest of my order at my door! Im assuming they over-nighted them! Once they got the notification of delivery, they reached out to me to follow up. Best customer service experience I have ever had! I should also add... their prices are fair and products are quality!
