My first experience with the service was through a retailer on December 9, 2025. I only discovered the error when I checked my vehicle and found that instead of the correct tires being installed, I received a different model. I initially thought it was just an issue with the retailer and tried to order the correct tires directly from the service for delivery in mid-January 2026. While I was away for work, my wife sent me pictures showing that the wrong tires had arrived again. I reached out to their support team and was very dissatisfied with their response. They claimed the tires were nearly identical, which frustrated me greatly. The differences between the tires are significant, with only the name being somewhat similar. The company does not ensure that the correct tires will be sent to me. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I will not be returning as a customer. This is the second time this has occurred with this vendor, and no additional measures have been taken to guarantee the right product. The time I’ve spent trying to resolve this issue far exceeds the value of the tires. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities.
