Regrettably, I must give a one-star review since there's no option for zero stars. For the last five months, the company and its owner have refused to refund me for a product that was not suitable for use, which violates consumer protection laws. My repeated attempts to reach out for my refund have gone unanswered. So, be cautious: if you purchase something unsuitable and wish to return it, good luck. Dishonest and unresponsive, and I am considering legal action.
