Simplilearn is a scam. They hounded me to sign up for a program called me daily sometimes multiple times. I was going to go with another program but decided to trust Simplilearn. This was a giant mistake. I signed up for a class then shortly after got a new job so I would no longer need their program. I hadn’t touched it none of the reading, videos, course work of any kind. When I called and asked to be removed from the program they said I couldn’t get a refund. I told them that was fine they can keep the deposit and anything I have paid until then but would kindly liked to be removed from the class I never started and any further payments. They continued to charge me and every time I call a new representative from their call center say I will get back to you yet I hear nothing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if looking for courses and certifications.
The service was excellent, flexible and easy to deal with.
I'm happy with the services and the deal I got from the simplilearn.com. I wanted a good platform when i considered changing field from Network Admin, I.T to data science, and this platform gave me exactly what I was looking for.
The reason i give 5 stars is the fact that their customer service was the best and they provided us with good materials and teachers.
Limitation was also there. The fact that most tutors are india affected the structure of the English language that made it a little difficult at the initial time to understand.

Didn't had to compromise my office work as they provide weekend classes for the working professionals. The course intructor, Naveen Kumar, really helps everyone to the understand the concepts from the root level and makes sure that all the learners in the batch are on the same page before jumping to the next concept. Even if someone in very new the technical field they will also find this course helpful if they follow and practice. Really looking forward to upskill my potential and elevate my career by the end of this course as SimpliLearn will even provided placements support.
