Simplilearn is a scam. They hounded me to sign up for a program called me daily sometimes multiple times. I was going to go with another program but decided to trust Simplilearn. This was a giant mistake. I signed up for a class then shortly after got a new job so I would no longer need their program. I hadn’t touched it none of the reading, videos, course work of any kind. When I called and asked to be removed from the program they said I couldn’t get a refund. I told them that was fine they can keep the deposit and anything I have paid until then but would kindly liked to be removed from the class I never started and any further payments. They continued to charge me and every time I call a new representative from their call center say I will get back to you yet I hear nothing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if looking for courses and certifications.
