I phoned into Simplisafe with a couple of issues regarding my video doorbell. The guy I spoke with David was very clear in what was causing my issues and pointed me in the right direction regards setup and best settings while at the same time he was running background checks on the system. David then went further and totally unprompted ordered me a moving home kit as I had mentioned in passing an upcoming home move. A really nice gesture that proved he had been listening to everything I had said and then went out of his way to ensure that I had the complete response to my phone call.
David proved to be a very knowledgeable professional but at the same time a friendly voice at the end of a telephone taking me patiently through the issues and the workings of the system.
