I can’t believe there are people that complain about SimplySafe. I’ve used there systems for both my business and my home and as an ex-South African I can assure you I know a great alarm system when I see one.

The simplest of installations, the most comprehensive coverage and the easiest of back office communication, mean that in terms of ‘bang per buck’ it sets this head and shoulders above the likes of the opposition, hands down THE best on the market.

This is a really great system for keeping your home safe. I was helped by Dan K today to set up a Zone View on my front door camera to exclude passing traffic which was draining the battery. SimplySafe UK are a really proactive, easy company to deal with. Their system is excellent. They really to deserve their recommended provider status with Which.

Cheaper than the website so well worth the 40 minutes conversation I had with him! I’m hoping the product is as amazing as the customer service was.

Today I needed to call Simplisafe as I had a few questions resetting up my alarm after a major house renovation. I worked with Matt. He was an absolute pleasure and a major asset to Simplisafe. He was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient and in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure that i was a happy customer. Matt made no excuses and explained everything he was doing to help. I phoned into Simplisafe with a couple of issues regarding my video doorbell. The guy I spoke with David was very clear in what was causing my issues and pointed me in the right direction regards setup and best settings while at the same time he was running background checks on the system. David then went further and totally unprompted ordered me a moving home kit as I had mentioned in passing an upcoming home move. A really nice gesture that proved he had been listening to everything I had said and then went out of his way to ensure that I had the complete response to my phone call.
David proved to be a very knowledgeable professional but at the same time a friendly voice at the end of a telephone taking me patiently through the issues and the workings of the system.
A credit to the Simplisafe response team.
PS Home moving kit arrived a few days later 👍

unreliable system. went from Hive cameras (which were discontinued) which never went down to Simpli

unreliable system. went from Hive cameras (which were discontinued) which never went down to Simpli Safe. Every couple of weeks the cameras go offline and you need to spend an hour trying to reconnect them - app is useless and no simple method to resetting the base station. Base station is next to wifi hub and constantly disconnecting.
