Today I needed to call Simplisafe as I had a few questions resetting up my alarm after a major house renovation. I worked with Matt. He was an absolute pleasure and a major asset to Simplisafe. He was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient and in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure that i was a happy customer. Matt made no excuses and explained everything he was doing to help.
