I purchased 2 wallets via SIMPL's BOGO sale. The first wallet looked and worked great, until the card mechanism failed. I contacted customer service to replace the wallet under the 1-year warranty they present on their home page, but they wrote that they don't issue refunds or exchanges on BOGO items. I corrected them that my complaint related to their warranty, and that I only wanted a replacement of their broken product. Despite numerous requests for an update, I received no replies. Stay away, not worth it.
