Ordered on Dec 11. Never came. Their own tracking info says it went to my post office and never came to me. The shop app says it never came. I have written 7 emails and contact us forms. 2 replies. First one said tracking number says delivered and I should ask neighbors if they stole it. I wrote back and reiterated that it never showed up that the tracking number says it never showed up in the shop app says it never showed up to please send me the products and the letter I receive back since we don’t offer refunds. I’m wondering if it’s a chat bot or the person doesn’t really speak English. I guess I’m gonna have to tell my credit card company and see if they issue a refund because of it. I have screenshots saying I didn’t receive it from the tracking and from the shop app. They’re absolutely horrible and now I see on here the bad reviews. They have no Facebook presence or Instagram presence and there’s no way to review them on website.
