I purchased a Simpl wallet, from Simplofficial.com and took advantage of the BOGO, the order was placed Early July and it took two weeks to receive the wallets. The quality is bad, but they did feel nice in the hand and pocket. So I started to use the wallet immediately, within 4 weeks the first one broke, the mechanism to fan out the cards snapped. I work from home, and only have to leave the house or use my wallet a few times per week... if i had to use this regularly i doubt it would last more than a few weeks. I was going to request a refund or replacement but since i took part of the BOGO offer i am not able to per their policy. Their policy on returns, i copied the relevant part: "Wallets purchased during a promotional sale (including Buy One, Get One Free or any discounted pricing) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.Why no returns on discounted wallets? Offering deals like BOGO and up to 50% off lets more people try SIMPL and helps us keep prices low for everyone. To do that sustainably, we can only accept returns on full-price purchases."Interesting they are currently offering all wallets as BOGO... probably so they don't have to honor return request. Basically this is just a cash grab, garbage quality wallet, and the company won't back their product.Do yourself a favor and use a different product.
