We ordered an Oyster 4 Bundle in May shortly after the baby show in Birmingham. Mike was able to price match the offers we saw at the baby show and so we decided to support local. With this being a new product, there were understandable delays (this was the same across all retailers) but Mike kept us well informed throughout the whole process. I have recently been back to purchase an ex-display highchair and Mike kindly helped out with a query I had on the pram and advised on car seat fitting and travel strollers.
