We ordered our Silvercross Reef 2 family bundle just before christmas. To be honest after reading some poor reviews online after purchasing, I was a little anxious, but there was no need to be. Pram is beautiful, we went on to buy a crib too, Mike was lovely and I would recommend using him and will probably do so my self if we need other items. Thank you very much 😊 we are delighted to have such a lovely product for our little boys arrival in May.

I can't speak too highly of the service we received from Mike at Simply Baby. We ordered a Rumble seat for the Uppababy V3, literally just before Christmas, as my son was home for a few days and needed to take it back to Singapore on 2 Jan. Mike worked an absolute miracle and it was delivered to us on 23 December . We really can't thank you enough Mike, terrific customer service.
We ordered an Oyster 4 Bundle in May shortly after the baby show in Birmingham. Mike was able to price match the offers we saw at the baby show and so we decided to support local. With this being a new product, there were understandable delays (this was the same across all retailers) but Mike kept us well informed throughout the whole process. I have recently been back to purchase an ex-display highchair and Mike kindly helped out with a query I had on the pram and advised on car seat fitting and travel strollers. Very knowledgeable and great little store with plenty of choice. Thanks Mike.
The items were a good price compared with Mamas & Papas.Delivery was in a time frame as requested which was very helpful.Only reasons for not giving 5*....we haven't opened packages yet (bought for our daughter who is 7 months pregnant) and were not made aware the items were being delivered in two consignments.
I had an amazing experience with Simply Baby! I originally ordered the iCandy Pip car seat adapters directly from iCandy, but they told me the item wouldn’t be available until January. I cancelled that order when I saw Simply Baby had it in stock, and I’m so glad I did.After placing my order, I received a call from Michael, who went above and beyond to help. He contacted different suppliers personally to source the item for me, and to my surprise, he managed to get it delivered within a week. His communication, dedication, and effort were outstanding.I’m extremely happy with the service—especially since this was a gift. I couldn’t recommend Simply Baby more!
Mike the owner of the company is a scam artist! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a travel system which was over £1300, the delivery date came and passed with no communication. After months of emails, calls, excuses, lies etc I delivered my baby and still had no travel system. I asked for a refund and he stopped replying. I had to get a refund through the bank which took months. Taking advantage of vulnerable pregnant women is absolutely disgusting I don’t know how you sleep at night!
