Hi, my wife and I bought a buggie over a month ago on 16th November. The website tells us it would be delivered by 6th December and it has now been 15 days since then. I have emailed and been told that I would receive a reply in 3 working days and it has now been weeks without a reply. I have called multiple times. I have messaged on Instagram. I have messaged on Facebook. We have had no response. How are we meant to get in contact? We of course need the buggie before the baby arrives and would like a delivery date. We thought ordering on 16th November would be enough time, but 35 days have passed since then and during pregnancies every week counts. If it’s to do with supply issues, that was not clear on the website and we feel misled.
