Order Delivery ETA Not Met

I ordered a pushchair bundle with a car seat & base on 30th November, 2024 with an estimated delivery date between 16th - 20th December, 2024. I received the pushchair bundle on 5th December, 2024 as well as an email from Mike saying the car seat & base will arrive separately by the estimated delivery date i.e. 20th December, 2024. The email also provided a contact number & email address to reach out to in case of any questions or concerns. I have been trying to reach them since last 4 days however there is no response at all. I was expecting a communication at the least so we can be assured that the delivery is delayed or estimated delivery date has changed or anything of that sort. Our due date is in early January, 2025 and we can't re-order car seat somewhere else as this is an expensive one as well. I am not requesting a refund or anything yet but can you please confirm whether it will be delivered in another 5-7 days so that we can remain less stressed about this?Update (24/12/2024) : Mike responded to me on my ticket that I raised earlier with an update that he could not dispatch the car seat and base and won't be able to make arrangements before suppliers return to work on 6th January, 2025. Unfortunately I could not wait longer as our due date is in January 1st week, 2025. So I requested Mike to refund the payments or adjust the payments as per payment plan that I chose so that I can reorder from somewhere else. Mike has responded that he has advised the payment vendor to adjust upcoming payments which I will know for sure during my next payment schedule. Now that I have ordered the items from somewhere else, I am awaiting items to be delivered. I am increasing the rating as I received communication from Mike and he promised to help with payment adjustments (which I will know later and update here). But still it's really stressful situation and it would have been a lot easier and smooth if I had known the issue with supplier etc. before hand (at least a few weeks ago).Update (13/01/2025) : I have checked the payment vendor account and it looks like the payments have not been adjusted even after 18 days of receiving communication from Mike. I have raised another ticket with Simply Baby as well as with Divide Buy payment vendor separately and as usual I am not getting any response at all. This is not acceptable and disgusting. I have so far been patiently waiting for a response but this is going above and beyond. I DO NOT want to pay for the parts that I have not received or cancelled. pathetic service!!!!!!Update (15/01/2025) : I have not received any response yet either from Mike or from the payment partner Divide Buy.Update (23/01/2025) : I have not received any response from Mike or Simply Baby yet even after many many follow up emails begging them to respond. I had contacted the payment vendor directly and tried to contact via them and raised a ticket but still have not received a response. This is so painful and frustrating! I think it is better now to file complaint against them via consumer rights UK.
