I purchased a jacket and after wearing it just four times, it started showing significant pilling, making it look old. I've been emailing customer service for weeks, and although they claimed I would be refunded, I haven't seen any money back. I've sent multiple follow-up emails with no responses. Very disappointing service, and I won't be ordering again.
