Don't even want to leave one star! Promotion code didn't work on a VALID item, the item met all the requirements for 20% off on the app, or 15% off online. None of the codes worked. Spoke to someone from customer services who checked it all and was perplexed that it didnt work. I was told and have it in writing that if I make the purchase they have put a note on my account to honour the code and apply the discount. Guess what? They didn't and now I'm being told i should have used the correct account.. I only have ONE account and that basically its tough and to use the code next time. What a scam! I will return it but that leaves me £5 out of pocket from paying for delivery.
