I was unfortunate to have an accident. Following an operation to repair the damage, I applied for insurance cover. I was expecting it to be extremely long winded with lots of questions that seem to be unrelated however, to my surprise the process was extremely easy. The only issue I had was on my end, doctors cancelling appointments and taking their time getting my medical certificates completed. Once this process was completed, the reimbursement was paid directly into my bank account, it sitting in my account waiting to be cleared. This process took less than 24 hours to complete.
