I recently ordered a set of 'Ultra Deluxe' car mats and a boot mat for my vehicle, totaling £176. Upon receiving the order, I was very disappointed with the quality of the items. The mats are quite lightweight and do not match what one would reasonably expect from something labeled 'Ultra Deluxe'. Specifically, the rubber on the driver’s mat is kinked and poorly finished, giving an impression of a cheap product overall. Considering the price and the product description, the items are clearly not of satisfactory quality. I reached out to the company immediately after receiving the order to request a return and refund. I was told this was not possible because the mats were 'custom made'. I was also informed that 'the carpets are designed for automotive use with good resistance to abrasion. They will not be soft like domestic carpets but prove to be much more durable'. I wasn’t expecting domestic-style carpet, but I did expect 'Ultra Deluxe' given the price. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails and left my contact number but have not received any response. Additionally, there is no phone number available to discuss this issue, which is very frustrating and unprofessional. It seems that after payment was made and the goods delivered, there has been no interest in addressing a legitimate complaint.
