Extremely Disappointed with the Quality of Car Mats

I recently ordered a set of 'Ultra Deluxe' car mats and a boot mat for my vehicle, totaling £176. Upon receiving the order, I was very disappointed with the quality of the items. The mats are quite lightweight and do not match what one would reasonably expect from something labeled 'Ultra Deluxe'. Specifically, the rubber on the driver’s mat is kinked and poorly finished, giving an impression of a cheap product overall. Considering the price and the product description, the items are clearly not of satisfactory quality. I reached out to the company immediately after receiving the order to request a return and refund. I was told this was not possible because the mats were 'custom made'. I was also informed that 'the carpets are designed for automotive use with good resistance to abrasion. They will not be soft like domestic carpets but prove to be much more durable'. I wasn’t expecting domestic-style carpet, but I did expect 'Ultra Deluxe' given the price. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails and left my contact number but have not received any response. Additionally, there is no phone number available to discuss this issue, which is very frustrating and unprofessional. It seems that after payment was made and the goods delivered, there has been no interest in addressing a legitimate complaint.

Poor After Sales Care

I recently purchased a set of “Ultra Deluxe” car mats and a boot mat for my Ford S-Max 7-seater from Simply Car Mats, at a total cost of £176.Upon receipt of the order, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the items supplied. Poor quality

Poor quality - the boot liner is super thin and is not a great fit for my Range Rover (spoke to Simply Car Mats, but they just asserted that it fits). The sides are secured with sticking tape (!) which has already started to fail. Certainly not worth the money

Ordered a boot mat for my new transit custom but the fitment was terrible! contacted Simply Carmats to which their response was my van was missing trims although you could clearly see that it was cut wrong. Upto a few inch`s out at some places.

Absolutely 1st Class from start to…

Absolutely 1st Class from start to finish !. Excellent communication from the moment I ordered , acknowledgement & then a query from themselves regarding my order . They wanted to double check the configuration of my boot prior to production . This was late on a Saturday afternoon. I was then informed it would be 8-10 working days . Ok I thought that’s not to bad for something ‘bespoke’. Imagine my surprise when four days later I get a text from the courier saying my parcel would be delivered that day . Fitting was easy and it fits absolutely perfectly. I went for the ‘quilted’ finish with bumper flap for extra protection. A bit extra but well worth it , stops scratches on the bumper when the dog jumps in & out . It really does look superb !😊. Just a shame it’s going to get muddy paws all over it in the coming months, but I guess that’s what it’s designed for ! 😉.Overall , one very pleased customer. I’ve no hesitation in recommending this company or product 👍.Thank you once again
