Deceptive and underhanded practices. It's no surprise that there's a constant push for subscriptions—perhaps if customers were treated more fairly and transparently, this wouldn't be necessary. If someone from the service sees this, please provide an email to forward my frustrating concerns about how new customers are lured in with 'free trials' and then charged unexpectedly for months. I'm extremely upset!
