Ordered a free box, and paid the postage. Now to find out they have taken money out of my bank for something I don’t want. Set up in to a subscription that I didn’t want or need. This free box is misleading and a joke. Avoid this con at all cost wast of time.

I recently enrolled in a 4-week delivery service. The first two deliveries went smoothly, but when I tried to change my next delivery date due to being away for 3 weeks, things got complicated. I received a box of recipes I hadn’t selected, arriving 3 weeks earlier than anticipated. I reached out to customer support and received a prompt response clarifying why those recipes were sent and offering to swap the box if needed. In subsequent emails, I learned that marking my account for a “3 week break” meant my next delivery would occur in 3 weeks, not 3 weeks later than my scheduled date. Overall, the customer support via email was outstanding.
This service is significantly more convenient compared to others. There are no perishable items with short expiration dates or items that are already past their prime. You can prepare the meals you choose whenever you wish. The flavors are remarkable, and they're easy to cook (even my partner can manage them)! I’ve enjoyed discovering new tastes through experimentation. I’ve recommended this service to numerous friends, family members, and customers (plus, you get a bonus of a free box if they sign up). I’ve been using this service for approximately 18 months, and they continually add new recipes that keep me returning for more. I highly suggest giving it a try; you won't regret it.

Deceptive and underhanded practices. It's no surprise that there's a constant push for subscriptions—perhaps if customers were treated more fairly and transparently, this wouldn't be necessary. If someone from the service sees this, please provide an email to forward my frustrating concerns about how new customers are lured in with 'free trials' and then charged unexpectedly for months. I'm extremely upset!
I've been using this service for several years. The recipes are simple to follow, tasty, and diverse. There are plenty of ingredient swap ideas and tips from the chefs. The customer service is top-notch, and the communication is great. The website is user-friendly. I highly recommend it.
