Sorry I didn't take any names but im hoping you will know who the people concerned are from the dates I will give you.We are very happy with the service from Simply eco starting from the initial survey back on February20th.The surveyor was very thorough in his assessment.He explained we would need the loft insulation and trickle vents and extractor done before they could go ahead with boiler fitting.He also put our application forward as urgent as our 34 year old boiler was completely broken and couldn't be fixed.The loft insulation was completed on the 28th April.The3 lads that did it were very pleasant hardworking young men.They did a great job after explaining exactly what they were going to do Cleaning up after finishing the job .We then received a certicate to say it had been completed .Moving on to June when we thought the boiler would be fitted we got a message to say that there was a delay with the funding and it wasn't clear how long it would take before it could be fitted this was quite worrying for us but as soon as I rang customer services and explained we hadn't had a boiler since February as it was completely broken and it had been put forward as urgent The lady I spoke to sent our application directly to the person who deals with funding and fitting and we were then given for fitting for July 30th.The 2 young men who fitted the boiler worked extremely hard from 08.30-6pm.They cleaned up well after the job was done and didn't leave until they had checked that everything was working and made sure we knew how to work the boiler and we were given all the completed paperwork.Going forward we didn't hear anymore about the fitting of the extractor until after the final inspection was done on 8th September and was told the work couldn't be signed off until the extractor had been fitted Within 2 days we had been given a date for it to be done .It was fitted within an hour by Harry I was given a number if there were any ongoing problems.All in all we are very happy with the service from Simply Eco we only have one thing to pass forward to the young lady (not sure if she was designated as our first point of contact) I spoke to her on a couple of occasions this is definately not a negative against her I just want to say she came across as a little uptight and for her to be a little more relaxed on a call as she was overall very helpful .Simply Eco you have taken alot of stress and worry off us and we can now go foward knowing we have heating hot water and the house is ready for the winter .Thanks again to everyone concerned.
