I waited 4 months for a new boiler after applying for the Boiler grant.The lift insulatin and cavity wall team were very helpful and tidied up after them self's.The boiler came after quick installation on the day also tidy.Happy will everything.
Two fabulous guys came today toFit mum a new boiler. Her old boiler was 43 years old and had a tank in the bathroom so it was a HUGE job. These two gentlemen worked so so hard. They were so professional and polite and clearly skilled. I’d have given 10 stars. They explained everything every step of the way. Mum liked them very much! I want to say a massive thank you to them. I think they will know who they are
The company staff are very rude and dont care about your circumstances they promised me a new boiler for nearly a year then decided they have no funding but still advertise and now its the colder months im now left to buy one else where they have ruined my loft by over insulating and ruined my upvc windows with vents that were stuck on with tape and fell off after cutting all the seals on my windows im diabetic and they have left me high and dry my guess is they didn't want to fit mine due to me not being local however they advertise nationally .For the last 12 months ive been promised a new boiler all they do is lie and im left with a bill to fix the windows really be careful using this company you will be left with repair bills .
Had a boiler fitted,but they put the condenser end in the gutter and every time it freezes it starts banging for hours I wish I never asked this company to fit it very very disappointing I phoned them but they did not want to know, all I got is contact bosch and put the phone down wish I never had this company to fit it as there customer service is very very poor
All went well up until the day of having the ventilation fitted . I was told that it would be mandatory to have this fitted in downstairs loo and utility but when the electrician turned up it was announced they would be putting an extractor fan in the middle of my kitchen wall with trunking leading down the wall and the utility and downstairs loo extractors would have the trunking across the ceiling , down the wall and the fans may be drilled through the lintels affecting the structural integrity of the house. Mmm 🤔 I called Simply Eco to try and discuss this and spoke to an incredibly rude member of staff who didn’t let me speak and kept asking me ‘what exactly don’t you get? ‘ when I said I was confused as to why this was their suggested way of adding ventilation. (Obviously nothing to do with them getting the most amount of money as they can 🙄) I said I needed to think about it as I didn’t want to go ahead with this method and have not heard from them since. Definitely do NOT recommend
Simply eco we're easy to contact and very helpful..the engineers who installed the boiler were polite and respectful...extremely hard working. Although there was initial teething problems after the installation...these were resolved calmly and with the minimum of fuss...overall a good experience although not perfect...life isn't perfect.
Service from start to finish was outstanding from first phone call to boiler being fitted the loft team were very professional and polite left no mess and a pleasure to talk to and nothing was to much trouble for them the 2gas men that came were very polite left no mess and stayed and finished the job till 11.30pm as they didn’t want to leave us with heating on they took the water tank out fitted a new boiler and new timers on radiators I can’t thank them enough the device we received from simply echo was 10out of 10 fantastic company 😊
Due to my health issues we qualified for a boiler replacement, and surprised that our loft also required replacement insulation.All communications were helpful and we were happy with the work that was carried out. Especially Dave who fitted the boiler, and radiator thermostats, a lot of work.Would thoroughly recommend this company.
Simply Eco have been fantastic from the start to the finish. The people involved have all been professional and polite. It all started with an initial discussion which worked its way into a clear project plan. The tradespeople have all been wonderful, expedient & punctual. The biggest thanks goes out to Adam who installed the boiler. He really went above and beyond, worked very hard and also stayed on point to fix a few snags. I really couldn't commend him enough. All in all it has bee a great experience. Thank you.
