I have been trying to submit a Claim for Dental Treatment since 16th January.
My Dental Practice went from NHS to Private and I signed up to the Practice to pay £16p.m.
I submitted a Claim for November, December 2025 and January 2026, totalling £48. All three claims were dismissed stating 'Insufficient Information'.
Despite forwarding further Information and copy of letter from 'Practice Plan' and explanation that my Dental Practice had changed from NHS to Private, each Claim was still rejected.
Finally, I have had to ask my Dentist for a FULL Itemised Statement, which totals £95 now, whereas my orginal claim was £48.
To add insult to injury, you can no longer actually speak to an Advisor, as you could previously.
When my current Insurance re-new's in September, Simply Health will be a Customer less.
To say I am not impressed with the Service regarding this Claim, is an understatement.
As for a one Star Rating, I would give less of one if I could.
There was an issue with my receipt from
A well known high street optician whose receipt was very difficult to read. After very little correspondence they decided to pay my claim for which I am very grateful.
I have been with Simply Health for many years and their service is excellent.
