I was told it was shop policy but Customer Services might help. CS said it was up to the shop. I just wanted an exchange. SP should sell you items in sealed plastic as they do on line, and allow untouched returns, as they do on line. It makes it look like they deliberately break the seal so they don't have to be bothered with exchanges.Also very dodgy receipt practice of allocating prices to non-bought items. Pity, inflexible company policy spoiled my review of a good shop.
