**Updated** I did receive item Saturday after all and thd product was really good. Can't fault them amazing customer service and product!Really impressed with the customer service, I ordered something and paid extra for saturday delivery! had a email from dpd saying it would be delivered Saturday but on tracking said Monday. Couldn't get through to anyone at dpd so rang simplypleasure and they said they would chase it up for me and ring me back it 10mins and they did ring me back in 10mins and said it does indeed say two different things on email and dpd website and even though the fault was with dpd and not them they refunded me the delivery even though it could still come Saturday. They could not do enough or be more apologetic really helpful friendly customer service. Hopefully the product will be as good as there customer service 🤞 review on that to follow
