The items were Packed ok, though a bit more padding would be nice just to make it a bit more discreet what’s inside. Very discreet on outside no mention of company. One item felt good quality and is nice to use but not completely accurate to item shown on the web sight. The second item was very disappointing but when emailed to ask for an exchange they responded very quickly and gave advice how to return. Though would be nice if they included return info in packet. Over all a good experience
