Terrible customer service! I spent a large amount on a car seat, which didn’t arrive on time. I reached out through their website and received no response. After three emails and several failed calls, I finally received a rude email stating my order was cancelled, without any apology, and I was accused of being the one being abusive. They pointed out their phone number was on the website if I was 'so desperate' to contact them. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your time or money. Edit: I did not threaten any authorities initially; that was only after multiple rude replies from them.
