She claims to want to raise awareness and provide advice for keeping children safe, and while her insights can be valuable, they often make you feel like a terrible parent. It seems she uses her social media presence to vent frustrations on parents seeking support from the community she created. Having knowledge is one thing, but in customer service, attitude matters significantly. It's unfortunate because with a minor change in approach, this service could truly excel!

After several emails and failed calls, I got a rude response stating my order was cancelled. There was no apology, and I was accused of being aggressive. They mentioned their phone number was on the website if I was 'so desperate' to reach them. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your time or business with them. Edit: I did not threaten any authorities initially; that only came after multiple rude replies from them.
The communication from the representative was incredibly unprofessional and aggressive. After multiple attempts to get a response, I finally received a hostile reply stating that my significant order had been cancelled without explanation, which explained its non-arrival. They also refused to issue a refund, seemingly as punishment for my inquiries. I've never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior from a business. The emails were offensive and unacceptable. This is not just poor customer service; it feels like a scam. Stay away!

I highly recommend steering clear of this service. There are many other options that are professional and respectful. I saw the representative inappropriately use a traumatic situation of another customer to promote their own agenda. When others requested respect for the mother's privacy, their comments were deleted and users were blocked. This behavior is immature and unprofessional. Given the tone in other replies, it does not inspire confidence. There are far better alternatives out there.
I was considering making a purchase but encountered an extremely rude and unprofessional response. I asked for assistance multiple times and received snobby and childish remarks that do not promote child safety at all. This behavior is coming from the business owner. Reflecting on other comments, it seems this is a common issue.
