This is the 3rd time I've bought from Simply Safe Car Seats in a few years. A family member who lives quite far away ordered and paid for the seat and opted for me to collect since I live close . Gabi messaged her to check about collection as the billing address was obviously a way away. Gabi showed me how to fit it and offered a check again when baby was here. She even checked my oldest kiddo's position with no car seat as he's reaching the point of not needing one. She was lovely and very helpful. As always.
